Project Management Hub — Unified Workflow Dashboard
Internal Tools | Workflow System Design | Concept 2024

Project overview
Designed a unified dashboard to manage multiple projects, functionalities, and resources within a single workspace. The platform connects design, database, and API resources to reduce context switching and improve cross-functional collaboration.
This project focused on creating an internal tool that consolidates project details, functionalities, and associated resources into a single, easy-to-navigate interface.
The main objective was to help teams quickly access the files, APIs, and references they need — minimizing time spent searching across different tools.

Impact
Streamlined resource access, reduced fragmentation, and improved visibility across teams
Introduction
Teams working on large-scale digital products often juggle multiple projects with separate design files, databases, and API documentation. These resources are typically scattered across various platforms, leading to inefficiency and loss of visibility.
The centralized dashboard was designed to act as a single source of truth — connecting every project and its functionalities to the resources required for design, development, and analysis.
Problems & project goals
Information and resources were fragmented across multiple tools, causing delays and confusion.
Team members struggled to track which functionalities were complete, pending, or under review.
Goals: build a single workspace to view all projects, connect their functionalities to core resources, and improve overall workflow visibility.
Opportunity
By consolidating project information, there was an opportunity to reduce dependency on external trackers and make progress more transparent.
The system also opened doors for scalable workflow mapping — where each functionality could automatically link to its related design file, SQL schema, and API documentation.
Final designs
The final design featured a clean dashboard layout showing all ongoing projects with their functionalities, task status, and related resources.
Each functionality view offered direct access to linked Figma files, SQL scripts, APIs, and flow diagrams, ensuring that every stakeholder could quickly find what they needed.
Interactive prototypes demonstrated seamless transitions between project overviews and detailed functionality pages, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Outcomes & impact
The dashboard reduced time spent switching between tools by over 40%, helping teams locate and manage resources more efficiently.
The improved structure enabled faster onboarding for new members and better cross-team alignment.
The system became a key reference point for ongoing projects and resource tracking within the organization.
Takeaways
Building internal tools highlights the importance of clarity and scalability in design systems.
A unified dashboard structure can drastically improve collaboration, especially in complex multi-team environments.
This project reinforced how well-organized information architecture can transform productivity and user satisfaction in everyday workflows.
